With a lifelong passion for delivering outstanding care, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals and communities through high-quality homecare services. My journey began as an agency care worker and evolved into leadership roles including Registered Manager, and most recently, Head of Homecare, supporting over 40 homecare franchises nationwide.
In this most recent role, I provided expert guidance on CQC setup, Registered Manager and Care Coordinator training, compliance audits, and strategic support—empowering others to build exceptional care services. I conducted Registered Manager interviews, delivered action plans, and followed up with hands-on support to ensure ongoing success.
Driven by a desire to make compliance and care quality more manageable for providers, I’ve now transitioned into freelance consultancy. I specialise in helping homecare businesses put robust systems in place to streamline processes, maintain CQC compliance, and ultimately allow managers to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care and growing their services with confidence.
